The final episode of The Balkan's Venture is here! It was fun while it lasted, but we all have to return home, sometime... The rain persists on haunting us, on our very last day... how do you think this trip ended?! On the wet, on the dry, or on the dirt??? One more day crossing Croatia and its endless lakes and rivers. Our goal was to get to Croatia-s border, as fats as we could. Next day we enter Croatia, to visit the abandoned air base of Zeljava, so James can get a picture by the old aeroplane... We wake up in the city of Skoder and as the weather eases up, we depart towards Theth. Our German friends provided the track for the day and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into... little did we know, this would turn out to be, our best day of the whole trip... We wake up in Skoder and start making our way to the beginning of the track, we had planed for the day. Like we weren't having enough off road, already, we decided to improvise and find our way off roading, without having either a map, or track, to get there... After doing a pretty fun uphill, the track narrows down to single track and not looking like it was heading anywhere... and before we know it, we get caught by a big downpour that not only ruins our plans for the day, but gets us into some pretty neat trouble...
